· Explain the basic assessment concepts of reliability, validity and standardization
· Describe the components of the TABE
· Administer the TABE appropriately, accurately, and consistently
· Use the TABE Locator and UMass Guideline Tables to determine the appropriate level test to administer
· Determine whether re-testing is warranted
