- Overview
- Session II - “What can we do to help students stay?” is the question that will be addressed during our second conversation with Dr. Lennox McClendon. He will share with participants evidence based strategies from our colleagues across the country that complement the strategies found in the research. Together we will examine our present practices. Before the web conversation participants will be asked to complete a chart of their programs persistence activities to help organize the discussion.
- Details
A webinar is short for web based seminar. It is a presentation, lecture, workshop or seminar transmitted over the web. A key feature of a webinar is its interactive elements – the ability to give, receive, and discuss information. In contrast, a webcast does not allow interaction between the presenter and the audience. Wimba is the webinar tool that CMA SABES uses.
