- Overview
- This full day workshop on the REEP Writing Assessment for non-native English speakers focuses on both REEP test administration and scoring. The am session will focus on administering the assessment, while scoring results from it will be the focus of the afternoon session. *Please note that both administration and scoring training (am and pm sessions) is required in order to achieve certification status with the tool.

As a result of participating in this training, participants will:
- understand the basics of standardized assessment
- be able to accurately administer the REEP writing assessment
- have a familiarity with the REEP Writing Rubric
- understand the purpose for using the REEP Writing Assessment, including the Prompt and Warm-Up
- score student writing analytically using REEP’s Writing Rubric.

- Annemarie is the current SABES SE director, previously serving as the Curriculum and Assessment Coordinator(CAC) for the office for several years where she trained practtioners regularly in the use the REEP assessment. Nancy is the current Curriculum and Assessment Coordinator for SABES SE.
