As a result of this workshop participants will understand:
Ø The changes for the FY09 ABE Program Design;
Ø The purpose of each of the following personnel related elements of a Program Plan and how each element can help the program to utilize the funding provided in the ABE Rates System: staff salary, staff salary analysis, personnel prototype and summary sheet;
Ø All aspects of the program design process for refunding
