Description: The Program and Staff Development Process is an important mechanism to help ABE practitioners improve curriculum development, teaching strategies and methodologies, and program management with the ultimate goal of enhancing services to adult learners in your program. Come talk with other programs about staff development initiatives, training needs and ways to “re-energize” the hard working practitioners in your program.

As a result of attending this group participants will:

-    Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement process which integrates both Program and Staff Development

-    Share program development/staff development information, processes and resources

-    Provide information on regional needs to SABES and other programs for regional planning purposes

-    Develop strategies to determine and record the impact of staff development activities.
