Overview
Program and staff development is important to the success of your program and it's what the A.L.R.I./SABES Greater Boston RSC is here to help with. All Program/Staff Development Facilitators at DESE-funded programs are invited to this sharing group to talk with other P/SDFs and with us here at SABES about issues related to professional development at your program, the role of the P/SDF, your program's professional development needs, and how you (P/SDFs) and we (SABES) can work effectively together. At this meeting we will also look specifically at how programs can use the Massachusetts Professional Standards for ABE Teachers to help in planning staff development.
