- Program and staff development is important to the success of your program and it's what the A.L.R.I./Greater Boston SABES RSC is here to help with. All Program/Staff Development Facilitators at DESE-funded programs are invited to this sharing group (which will also meet once more later in the year) to talk with other P/SDFs and with us here at SABES about issues related to professional development at your program, the role of the P/SDF, your program's professional development needs, and how you (P/SDFs) and we (SABES) can work effectively together.
